Dewalt DCBL772X1 60V Flexvolt Brushless Handheld Axial Blower

Dewalt announced a new Flexvolt leaf blower with the Dewalt DCBL772X1 60V Flexvolt Brushless Handheld Axial Blower and its a substantial improvement over the current model.

Dewalt’s new DCBL772X1 60V Flexvolt Handheld Axial Blower has an inline turbine design, which is similar to most modern battery-powered blowers. It also boasts 600 CFM at 125 MPH. Thats a pretty big jump compared to the current model, the DCBL770X1 which has 423 CFM at 129 MPH. A brushless motor is featured in this blower which helps it achieve such performance and features a variable speed trigger along with a trigger lock for cruise control.

The Dewalt website states that it weighs in at 41 kilograms. However, the site doesn’t specify if this is baretool weight or with the battery packs installed. The DCBL772X1 model number designation is for the kit with 60V 3.0 ah battery pack (9.0 in 20V) and charger. Ive heard that it might launch in May and with a retail price of although I cannot firm launch date and pricing. It will likely be slightly less expensive than the current Flexvolt blower, which would mean it is a better overall value.

This is a great new blower addition to their Flexvolt lineup, now all they need is a Flexvolt 60V or 120V lawn mower to join the group.
